Departing Seoul, final thoughts -

We will miss....

-the clean, organized transportation system. The subway is so efficient with clear markers designating where you are, what your next stop is, and where to transfer. Many of the subway stations also have underground shopping (clothes, accessories, cosmetics, socks, slippers, bakeries, book stores...) and all the stations are very clean!!

-the food, including street food. While I don't indulge in NYC street food (questionable cleanliness of many), I love street food in Seoul. For less than $2USD, you can get a egg & ham breakfast sandwich, hodduk (sugary bun), kim bap, hot dog wrapped in french fries, ddukbooeggi....ah, so good.

-no tipping. Felt like meals were all discounted 20 percent!

-Korean nightlight. It's not about the main streets. It's all about the back streets.
