We stopped by Gott's Roadside as we left Napa toward San Francisco. After reading about Gott's in an issue of Food & Wine, we decided to check it out. The F&W list seemed very credible as it also included Father's Office in LA (and a few others). Let's just say, I loved Father's Office so much that I brown bagged the rest of my half eaten burger and ate it cold for breakfast the next morning.
Anyway, I ordered their signature Ahi Burger and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend it to folks that like Ahi Burgers and thought it was made with good quality tuna that was cooked perfectly. I love my ahi rare, but I realize that when some think of burgers, the last thing that comes to mind is fish. Just like Hubby who opted for a traditional meat burger and was sadly, disappointed. Unfortunately, he personally found it dry and lacking enough seasoning. Everyone has a different palette so it could just have been a poor choice that day. Never the less, we both agreed that the garlic fries were good!
